简介

第一栋建好的小屋, 最早开始营业的小屋, 回头客最多的小屋;

曾经接待过许多日本,台湾和香港游客, 马来西亚半岛游客, 宗教团体, 各类社团组织, 本地退休人士团体.

屋龄比2号小屋长2岁, 见证了整个菲力花园度假小屋的建立和成长, 是其他3栋小屋的前辈. 至今仍是每个月接待客量最多的小屋.

特色: 1楼的主人房面向神山, 清晨坐在书桌前即可观赏毫无遮掩的神山美景.

日租金

平日 (星期一至星期四):  马币550元整 (RM550.00 net)
周末 (星期五至星期日):  马币650元整 (RM650.00 net)
假日 (*)             :  马币750元整 (RM750.00 net)
*假日包括假日前夕, 公共假日, 学校假日, 旅游旺季

房间与设施

容客量  :  12 成年人 (最多可容纳15人, 其余3人每人需付RM50.00, 附床垫和床单)

楼层    :  地上1楼是 客厅, 饭厅, 厨房, 1间厕所/沐浴室, 1间主人房, 1间4人双层床房,
           1楼外面既空地和停车场,方便您搬运行李;
           地下1楼外接停车场的楼梯, 内设小饭厅, 2间厕所/沐浴室, 2间3人房.

床位    :  1 张双人床 (地上1楼,主人房)
           2 张双层床 (地上1楼, 4人房)
           3 张单人床 (地下1楼, 3人房)
           3 张单人床 (地下1楼, 3人房)

设施    :  客厅附卫星电视;

         厨房提供电饭锅, 电水褒, 电冰箱, 煤气炉,  炒锅, 菜刀, 碗牒, 叉匙, 洗碗液;
         每间沐浴室提供热水器与香皂 (请自备毛巾及牙膏刷等, 如有需要毛巾另有出售);
         在不超过12成年人的情况下, 额外加床需付RM30.

儿童价 : 13岁以下儿童皆可在监护人陪同下免费入住, 但不可过多.

         为免发生不愉快, 敬请所有客人在订房时诚实交代正确的成年人和小孩的人数.

(在没有接获任何通知的情况下, 若管理员认为小孩的数量足以干扰其他住户的安宁 与和谐, 我们有权拒绝该组客人入住并没收所有已付租金.)

备注    :  地板为瓷砖, 请依自身需求自备袜子和布鞋.
              



Brief Introduction




The firstly built chalet, the earliest to start operating, greatly preferred by coming-back customers;


Had accommodated many Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong tourists, visitors from Peninsular Malaysia, religious groups, various community organizations, local retiree group etc. 


This chalet is the other three's predecessor, it witnessed the establishment and growth of the entire Philip Garden Chalets. Until now, it's still the most preferred chalet by all customers.


Features: 1st floor master bedroom facing the Mount Kinabalu, sitting in front of the desk in in the morning may let you see the unabashedly beautiful scene of the mountain.


Daily rent

Weekdays (Monday to Thursday):   RM550.00 net
Weekend (Friday to Sunday)   :   RM650.00 net
Holidays (*)                 :   RM750.00 net
* Holiday includes the eve of holidays, public holidays, school holidays, the tourist season

Rooms and Facilities



Capacity: 12 adults (up to 15 people, the remaining 3 are charged RM50.00 per person, with mattresses and sheets)


Floor: Ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, a toilet / shower room, a master bedroom, a 4-person bunk beds (double-deckers) room;


The car park is located right outside the chalet, making it convenient to move your luggage;


The basement links to the parking by external staircase, the basement features a small dining room, 2 toilet / shower rooms, 2 triple rooms.


Beds: 1 double bed (ground floor, the master bedroom)
       2 bunk beds (ground floor, 4 person's room)
       3 single beds (basement floor, 3 person's room)
       3 single beds (basement floor, 3 person's room)


Facilities: Living room has satellite TV;



Kitchen provides cooking utensils such as rice cookers, electric kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, wok, knives, bowls & plates, forks & spoons, dishwashing liquid;


Each shower room offers body soaps and water heaters (please bring your own towels and toothpaste, toothbrush, you can buy towel from our housekeeper if necessary);

In the case of tenants not more than 12 adults, you can pay RM30 for an extra bed.

Child Price: Children under 13 may stay for free if accompanied by a guardian, but not too many children please.


To prevent any unpleasant, please clarify all guests at the time of booking honestly regarding the number of adult and children.


(In the case we had not received any notification, and if the administrator considers that the number of children will interfere with other tenants' peace and harmony, we reserve the right to refuse the entry of the group of customers and confiscated all the rent paid.)


Note: The floor is tiled floor, please bring your own socks and cotton shoes according to your own need.
