容客量 : 2 成年人 (最多可容纳4人, 其余2人每人需付RM50.00, 附床垫和床单)楼层 : 地上1楼, 沒有厨房, 1间厕所/沐浴室, 1间主人房 （2张單人床）,
外面既空地和停车场,方便您搬运行李;
床位 : 2张單人床)
设施 : 房間附卫星电视;
有电水褒, 杯子，瓶裝飲用水，
每间沐浴室提供热水器与香皂 (请自备毛巾及牙膏刷等, 如有需要毛巾另有出售);
在不超过2成年人的情况下, 额外加床需付RM30.
儿童价 : 13岁以下儿童皆可在监护人陪同下免费入住, 但不可过多.
为免发生不愉快, 敬请所有客人在订房时诚实交代正确的成年人和小孩的人数.
(在没有接获任何通知的情况下, 若管理员认为小孩的数量足以干扰其他住户的安宁与和谐, 我们有权拒绝该组客人入住并没收所有已付租金.)

This chalet has 2 separate rooms which are rented separately, fully carpeted, suitable for couples and small families.
Daily rent
Weekdays (Monday to Thursday): RM250.00 net
Weekend (Friday to Sunday) : RM250.00 net
Holidays (*) : RM250.00 net
* Holiday includes the eve of holidays, public holidays, school holidays, the tourist season
The above price is the most update price of 2016
Rooms and Facilities
Capacity: 2 adults (up to 4 people, the other 2 will be charged RM50.00 per person, with mattresses and sheets)
Floor: Ground floor is the bedroom, c/w aa toilet / shower room, a master bedroom
The car park is located right outside the chalet, making it convenient to move your luggage;
Beds: 2 single beds
Facilities: Living room has satellite TV;
electric kettle, water glasses and bottled drinking waters are provided;
Each shower room offers body soaps and water heaters (please bring your own towels and toothpaste, toothbrush, you can buy towel from our housekeeper if necessary);
In the case of tenants not more than 2 adults, you can pay RM30 for an extra bed.
Child Price: Children under 13 may stay for free if accompanied by a guardian, but not too many children please.
To prevent any unpleasant, please clarify all guests at the time of booking honestly regarding the number of adult and children.
(In the case we had not received any notification, and if the administrator considers that the number of children will interfere with other tenants' peace and harmony, we reserve the right to refuse the entry of the group of customers and confiscated all the rent paid.)
